If you are looking for an easy tip for weight loss you are in the wrong place, I am just kidding we have plenty of tips here

Now that I have your attention  I hope that you got a chuckle out of that because that was the goal of that headline to make you laugh a bit. Because like the readers digest says "laughter is the best medicine"

Part of weight loss also involves the way your mind works. Odds are if you are overweight you are also sad about the way you look and feel. We hope to change that attitude.

What happened with me is I drank too much soda, I didn't quit drinking soda I just cut down on it a lot and I feel better. Sure the soda tasted great but I drank too much of it. In moderation it is fine but once the sugar rush wears off you feel drained and tired. Now I have diet soda with splenda or a diet Snapple ice tea with my lunch and water the rest of the day. It was not hard but it was a simple step I took that was an overall master plan. You can read more about what I did when I make a page on exactly how I lost weight.

Like I have said on previous pages there are many little things that you can do to help you lose weight. Another thing that helped me I actually read in a book. Did you know that you are suppose to stretch before you get out of bed in the morning. As you lay there just put your arms over your head and stretch your back muscles. As you sleep your disc fill with water so any sudden movement like jumping out of bed can hurt your back. With your back hurting the last thing you want to do is an exercise program.

In a few days you will feel the difference and your back will feel much better. If you ever notice whenever a cat wakes up they stretch, this is the reason you never see a cat with a back ache.
