How I lost almost 25 pounds without really trying to hard to lose weight

My name is Vinny and this is just the way that I changed around my life and what I used to lose twenty five pounds. This might or might not be the way you should lose weight I just wanted to share with you what I used to shed some pounds.

The first thing that you have to realize is the commitment it takes to get started and stay motivated. Let me tell you I am the last person on this planet that likes to work out.  I still don't like to work out but since my workout is only 7 minutes a day it ain't that bad. Let me tell you what prompted me to lose the weight in the first place. There really is two reasons.

I had the pleasure of having my picture taken with two famous beautiful women and when the picture came out all I see is my double chin and my big belly. It pisses me off even to write about it now as every time I look at the picture I get sick. I swore if I ever had the chance to have this happen again I wont have a double chin or a big belly. One day I was feeling sluggish and couldn't figure out why and then it hit me.

I sit on the computer all day making websites and while I am doing this I have a big glass of soda and keep refilling it over and over. By the middle of the day once the sugar rush wears off I am completely exhausted. A sugar high then a sugar low is probably the worse thing that you can do to your body. The problem with this is your body stores the sugar to use later and that becomes fat.

The last time that I was exhausted I went to bed at 4 in the afternoon. I woke up around midnight and the television was still on. Guess who was on the Tv, the two beautiful women that I had my picture taken with. It was such a shock to me but I was also mad because the show was almost over and I was still half asleep. It was like I was dreaming in some ways. When the show ended the very next thing that came on the tv was a infomercial for the ab lounge.

Since I was thinking about getting one of these things before this I made it a mission to get one now. I had no clue if these things worked or not. To me it looked like it actually hurt your back to do this exercise but I was determined to get one.

Being the internet guy I am I didn't pick up the phone and order one from the tv. I figured there had to be some catch with the free trial offer that they give. Actually I figured I would try EBay in the morning and get one. First thing I did in the morning was go to the ab lounge website and see what they charged and sure enough after the free trial it cost $187. I knew I could do better so I went to EBay and most of the people were charging $120 with $25 shipping.

I looked around and found it on Wonderfulbuys.com for $99 so I bought one. It came with a dvd that explains the 4 part workout. Each work out takes about a minute so that wasn't bad. Although The Ab lounge took off the weight I have started to use Billy Blanks Tae Bo workouts. Actually if I had found out about Billy's workouts earlier I could of saved some time and money and just bought his workout DVD's in the first place.

 

By doing a little exercise and changing the foods I eat just a little bit has worked wonders. This is how I changed my diet.
