Everyone I know is on a diet but that's what they all say. How many people actually do something about it. Sure they might eat a little lighter one day a week and that does absolutely nothing to lower your weight. I will bet that if you found this page you have never even tried a weight loss program. Simple logic tells you that if you do a little bit each day your end goal will be accomplished. When people go on a program to lose weight they often overdo it the first few days and quit because it is not showing the desired results. You should set a small goal or better yet a series of small goals. When you achieve a small goal give yourself a treat and look forward to the next goal. Doing a weight loss program with this in mind will help you from quitting and keep you healthier.
