I thought I was always destined to be overweight. I've seen all the pills and the creams and I thought I'd be bankrupt buying all these items. Besides I'd would need a house as big as Bill Gates just to store it all.

Then I learn some valuable secrets that I'm sharing with you right now. Many times people try to jump onto a diet and think they will have instant success, it just doesn't work that way. You didn't get overweight overnight, so it won't come off overnight either.

People always wanted me to just quit eating this or eating that, it was just so hard to do. I learn to take it slow, instead four pieces of pizza I would take only three. I slowly weaned myself off the things I use to eat a lot. People don't think they over eat. Most of the time we do though.

By taking small portions away we slowly lose the weight, its a much safer way to do. I also learn this very valuable tip, never eat three hours before bedtime. It tends to make sleeping a lot harder, and a good nights sleep is another important factor in losing weight.

If you wake up tired you won't have the energy to workout and you will reach out to bad foods for an energy boost. I know I have done this myself before I got smart. Now I only eat good foods when I need energy.

So in reality small baby steps are the way to go. Never give up and sometimes you will fall down but just pick yourself up and start again. Remember nothing was built in a day and if you keep at it your ideal weight is just right around the corner.
