How Did Jessica Simpson Fit Into Those Daisy Duke Cut Off Shorts

We have all seen the sexy Jessica Simpson videos but I will bet you didn't know she really works out to keep in the best shape. For her movie the Dukes of Hazard she had to maintain a vigorous work out plan to get the shape to fill those outfits.

Her personal trainer had her workout everyday doing one hour with weights and a half an hour of cardio. To get her butt into the shape she wanted she did a lot of lunges and squats while holding 7 pound weights. The Transfirmer could be used this way.

Of course not everyone has access to a personal trainer and weights so you can compromise like my friend Jenny does. She told me that she uses cans from her pantry as weights. She ties them to an old broom handle and does squats with them. If you can't afford weights maybe you can do the same.

Jessica also had to get her upper body toned for the little outfits she wears. This took a lot of bicep curls and shoulder raises. This got her arms looking long and lean. Once again you can use large cans for this. It also sounds to me like the Billy Blank resistance bands would be good for this type of workout.

Changing her diet was also a big part in getting Jessica's body in shape. Her diet consisted of grilled chicken, broccoli, and asparagus. She also increased her fish intake and avoided bread whenever she could.
