Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas has shared her diet secrets with a few
magazines and websites lately. We bunched all the information here in one

Even under those hot lights she still has to maintain a healthy work out
regimen she uses the treadmill everyday for about an hour. She also likes to
stretch out her legs by laying on the floor with bent knees and stretches
her legs. She raises and lowers each leg while she squeezes her abs. She

She also watches what she eats on tour as they are always doing fast food
joints. She usually gets a salad or she will make herself some soft boiled
eggs. She eats fast food sometimes but limits herself so it's like a treat.
She also uses a tanning solution that also has moisturizer. She believes it
keeps her skin healthy and helps it bounce back after a workout. She uses
