Eating The Right Foods and The Way You Prepare Them Is Important For Your Body And Mind

After reading this I changed some things about the food I eat. Although most of this I picked up on my own like I no longer have anything that is white as in yeast. Now its all whole wheat bread or a whole wheat bagel. The soda that I use to drink has been replaced by either water or diet Snapple ice tea. Little changes in your diet add up after a while. I will throw a piece of lettuce on my sandwich at lunch.

Another thing that I started to use is my George Foreman grill. If you ever have the chance to see the stuff that comes out of a burger when you use a Foreman grill you will stop frying all of your food. I think the burgers taste better on the grill than it does on a barbecue. Add a piece of lettuce and tomato and a Bermuda onion and you have a healthy meal. That is just what I like to do though. You can add other things to it, my brother likes to add some Mrs. Dash for more flavor.

If you like lemon chicken making it on a George Foreman grill is 100 times better. The chicken doesn't get too dry like it does when you make it other ways. George likes to include a recipe book with his grill and that has plenty of ideas on what foods to prepare. The next time you see George on Tv take a good look at him. He is a big guy but no fat and he is the picture of good health. You know why it's because he uses a grill with his name on it.

I am always experimenting with the grill and it usually turns out great. The thing practically cleans itself too that's another reason I like it. I could go on all day but I just wanted to share my story with you on how I lost twenty five pounds without busting my butt too hard.

I have many websites but I feel the need to pass this information on to as many people as I can. I hope you use my story to help yourself. Even if it's just a little thing like adding a whole wheat bagel to your morning breakfast instead of a three egg omelet with ham and cheese and a side order of toast. That was my old diet and that wasn't working for me.

I will include some links on this site to the ab lounge and to the George Foreman grill just because I believe in them and use them. Odds are the prices on them will be lower than you can find since I am a penny pincher. I will also use this site to motivate you and show you other exercise equipment from stores that people recommend to me after all what worked for me might not be what you had in mind.

Do yourself a favor and look at what you eat and what do after a meal. Get up and take a walk around the block to burn some calories. Heck do that right now, you might see a neighbor you haven't seen in years.

Besides my new food plan I also started taking vitamins. They keep me feeling energized all day long. Keeping balanced is always smart.
